We specialize in low to medium volume prototyping and production of the most difficult and tightest tolerance components for the aerospace, medical, semiconductor and nanotech industries. We usually find new customers when all of their other vendors have failed to produce parts to the level our clients demand.

Material Selection

Looking for a wide variety of material capabilities for your project? We offer metals, plastics, and ceramics, including special materials like Vespel, Peek, Ultem, Teflon, Super Invar, Pure Tungsten, MACOR, and Hexagonal Boron Nitride.

Part Sizing

At our company, we specialize in producing high precision components with a focus smaller parts. Our milling capabilities allow us to manufacture parts up to 20.00 X 40.00 in size, while our lathe parts are typically under 20.00" in diameter. Although we focus on smaller parts, we have the expertise equipment to produce larger parts that fill up the entire travel of our machines.

Tolerance Capabilities

With our advanced machinery, we can achieve incredibly precise tolerances of .0001” -.0005” or roughly 3-10 microns on most machined features on both our mill-turns and 5 axis mills. This ensures that your parts are manufactured to the highest level of accuracy and quality.

Surface Finish

Our default surface finish standard is 32ra, but we are capable of machining parts with 8ra and 16ra surface finish callouts in a variety of materials. While the lowest surface finish we can achieve with standard methods is 4ra, we are always exploring new techniques and technologies to improve our capabilities.
